Following requests from four parish councils within the district, Framfield, Ninfield, Willingdon & Jevington and Westham, community governance reviews were carried out as per the requests of these areas.

The outcome of these CGRs was the following:
Number of parish councillors for the parish of Framfield. The number of councillors to be elected for the parish of Framfield shall decrease from eleven (11) to nine (9).
Distribution of ward councillors for the parish of Westham. The number of parish councillors to be elected for the parish of Westham will be one fewer in Westham parish ward and one more in Westham Dittons ward.
Wards of the parish of Willingdon and Jevington and numbers of parish councillors. The existing wards of the parish of Willingdon and Jevington shall be abolished. The parish shall be divided into four wards which shall be named Jevington (1 Councillor), Lower Willingdon (6 Councillors), Upper Willingdon (6 Councillors) and Willingdon Watermill (2 Councillors).
