Wealden District Council is proposing to change the way a small area of land at Jarvis Brook Recreation Ground is leased.
The land (shown on a plan outlined in red) would be included in a new lease arrangement with Artytime. This follows changes to the existing lease between the Council and Crowborough Town Council.
What this means
The proposal would allow Artytime to expand its current building and increase the size of its premises on the site.
Who are Artytime?
Artytime is a volunteer-led community arts group that provides creative activities and recycled craft materials for local people in Crowborough.
This is the same organisation that currently operates from a small building at Jarvis Brook Recreation Ground and is looking to expand its space.
