This November, Keep Britain Tidy is calling on Local Authorities to help residents improve their waste habits. While recycling is important, we can do even better!
Could you buy nothing new for just one month? Every new item we purchase has an environmental cost, from the water and energy used in production to the fuel used in delivery. By buying less, using what we have, repairing broken items, and passing on old items to new homes, we can save money and protect the planet.
