The Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey, has been sent out to all tenants and leaseholders recently. If you have not already completed the survey, please do so as soon as possible.
The survey contains 15 questions, which measures our performance against the following:
• Keeping properties in good repair
• Maintaining building safety
• Effective handling of complaints
• Respectful and helpful engagement
• Responsible neighbourhood management, including measures on Anti-Social
Behaviour.
This survey has been introduced by the Housing Regulator to provide tenants with greater transparency about their landlord’s performance. They will also inform the regulator about how social landlords are performing.
We will report back any results to the Social Housing Regulator early next financial year (April 2024) on the first 12 questions, the last 3 will be used by us to shape our services. At some point after this the Housing Regulator will publish details about how all social landlords have done, once this is available, we will let you know how you can access this. We will report back the results to you in Threshold and once we have details about how we compare with other landlords we will also share these with you. There will be an ongoing requirement for us to carry out this survey each year.
