In order to evaluate our performance and find out how our residents feel about their local area, Wealden District Council carries out a Resident Satisfaction Survey bi-annually.
The latest survey was done in the second half of 2023 and the results are available below.
Alongside satisfaction questions the survey also contains a set of quota style questions including post code, age, gender, disability and employment status. These are included to ensure that the 1,000 residents asked the questions fit the known profile of the Wealden population and is as representative of the population as possible.
A full report outlining the results, including comparisons with national data is available in the report linked below.
This report and its recommendations were approved at the March 2024 meeting of Wealden District Council's Cabinet. You can view all the meeting papers including a full set of interview questions asked as part of the satisfaction survey, via the link below.
