The application is a Reserved Matters application for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline permission WD/2021/1637/MAO - Outline application for residential development (Use Class C3) comprising up to 180 dwellings; informal and formal open space, footpaths, cycle ways and internal roads; associated parking, landscaping, planting, noise attenuation measures, utilities, drainage infrastructure and groundwork's.
All matters are reserved with the exception of vehicular access into the site, to be taken from Highgrove Crescent) for the erection of 151 dwellings (including 53 affordable dwellings), noise attenuation measures, play areas and associated landscaping, parking, levels, drainage and ancillary works.
