This application - Phase 0 : WD/2024/0946/MRM is for the proposed spine road and associated earthworks that connect the development to the existing A2270 (Eastbourne Road) at two access points.
This proposal includes improvement works to the drainage on the site, providing swales, attenuation basins and blue corridors that will reduce the risk of flooding and enhance the local biodiversity.
