As part of securing this grant your organisation must complete the post-project survey to understand the impact of your project within your community once completed. Please complete the survey and submit by Wednesday 1st May or once you have completed delivery of your project.
In addition to completing the post-survey we ask you to monitor the number of users within your facility/amenity/active travel route or green space and their feedback of the area. This activity should be undertaken on similar days/times to ensure the data is comparable. For example, a Saturday between 10am – 12 noon pre works and then again on a Saturday between 10am – 12noon post works. Please choose a time/day when your facility or amenity will be most used to ensure accurate figures.
