As part of securing this grant your organisation must complete the pre-project survey to understand the impact of your project within your community once completed. Please complete the survey and submit prior to the delivery of your project.
In addition to completing the pre-survey we ask you to monitor the number of users within your current facility/amenity/active travel route or green space and obtain feedback. This activity should be undertaken on similar days/times to ensure the data is comparable. For example, a Saturday between 10am – 12 noon pre works and then again on a Saturday between 10am – 12noon post works. Please choose a time/day when your facility or amenity will be most used to ensure accurate figures. Please use the additional survey 'Community Spaces Feedback' that has been sent to you to obtain feedback.
Once your project is completed, we will ask you to complete a post-project survey to compare the impact of the project that has been delivered.
